Scarlett Rose Health & Wellness was founded by autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner Shawnette "Lisa" Patterson-Lewis in honor of her late mother, Carol Scarlett-Patterson, a caregiver at heart who loved roses.

For more than two decades, Shawnette has cared for others, from transplant patients to entire communities, as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Along the way she saw a gap: too many people couldn't find accessible, compassionate care that treated the whole person.
So she built one. As a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she created Scarlett Rose Health & Wellness as a space where people don't just heal, they thrive. The practice is a living tribute to her mother, Carol, whose selflessness and love shape every visit.
Grounded in faith, family, and community, Shawnette leads with the belief that success is measured in lives touched, not just profits earned. Every drip, every consult, every house call is care delivered with intention.
